Life Cycle Mental Wellness.

Life Cycle Mental Wellness is simply a way of viewing how we move through life, honoring the many joys and challenges we encounter along the way. We move through life in cycles–we learn, grow, adapt and evolve into who we are today based on our experiences, thoughts, emotions and our physical situation at the present moment.  Sometimes we go through events quite simply, while others take more time to navigate. As humans, we must remember that our physical bodies cycle, too (as many of us are quite aware!), and many times these cycles take our thoughts and feelings for quite a ride.

From the phone calls that bring us to our knees to hormonal shifts reminding us that we reside in a biological system requiring our patience and action, the cycles continue to shift our world in many ways. Change is unavoidable; sometimes it's fun and exciting, but other times it's more challenging.  We may find ourselves in unexpected situations, but we always have a choice in how we respond to life.  This is when counseling and coaching support may have a healthy place in your life.
